There was a bit too much fat around the ox tail that I needed to trim off but otherwise it made a very nice ox tail soup!
Somewhat smaller that I thought but tasted great.

Just update my order the meat box said half a leg of lamb my error it was very small though would only do 2 people and a lunch
Man talk about awesome big pieces and full of flavour. Made a good winter stew slow cook and it was amazing. Raves from everyone and the price was great for the amount and size you recieve.... highly recommend and so easy

The medium family box is amazing. The lamb and chicken is so worth the money and so delicious.
Very tender, juicy. Slow cooked with roasted vegetables. Served with a side of mint sauce and gravy. It really didn't need the gravy as the meat was tender. Will ve getting some more.
