Excellent quality meat, very happy with my choices
Pork belly is such a staple meat for many Korean meals. The best way to tell the quality of pork belly is to try it samgyeopsal style (simply sliced and fried in the pan). This meat was tender, had no meaty smells during cooking, was completely bone free and tasted delicious. Very impressed with the quality of this pork!
