Combining two of the tastiest forms of meat.. Bacon & Brisket!! This is a great alternative to our standard bacon and boy does it taste good. Made from 100% NZ grass fed beef brisket then dry cured for 10 days before smoking with manuka wood chips.

A nice addition to a lazy BBQ breakfast, brilliant of a solid slab of sourdough or ciabatta to do your own pastrami style sammie.
Absolutely delicious, pared with home grown tomatoes, lettuce, a squirt of mayo and some grainy bread it made the best ever BBLT
