Pity it wasn’t the old days, I would live on them

Have eaten beef check for many years used to be a cheap underated cut but now they aren’t. What caused this revolution when us smart people use to understand the dearest wasnt always the tastest??

Perfect for pie!

These are so worth it! I seared these off & slow cooked in red wine, beef stock, onion, etc and they broke down beautifully to make the most divine steak & mushroom pie filling. So good!
