Looking for a whole lamb cut up but don't have the contacts? We have you sorted with the whole lamb box. We bring in fresh NZ lamb and cut into three different options then ship it to your door fresh and labelled!

Simply choose one of the options below 

Option 1 - Roast & Chop

*2 x Whole lamb legs 

*2 x Lamb loins & 2 x rib loins cut into chops (Roughly 5-7 packs)

*1 x Lamb neck cut into chops 

*2 x Lamb shoulders cut into chops (roughly 5-7 packs)

*Lamb ribs (2 packs)

*Lamb foreshanks whole x 2 

Option 2 - Gourmet Box 

*2 x half lamb leg 

*2 x half butterfly lamb leg 

*2 x lamb rack 

*2 x Lamb loins cut into chops (Roughly 2-3 packs)

*1 x Boneless lamb shoulder roast

*1 x Lamb shoulder butterflied 

*1 x Lamb neck cut into chops

*Lamb ribs (2 packs)

*Lamb foreshanks whole x 2 

Option 3 - Boneless rolled whole lamb 

*This is a whole lamb boned & rolled into one big roast! These are perfect for spit roast or catering 

-All chops will be packed into packs of 4 

-Roasts & Racks packed individually 

-Lamb shanks packed in pairs 

-If you wish to keep the bones & off cut pieces please let us know. Otherwise these will be disposed of
