Perfect for slow cooking!

Thought I’d try the beef lollipop so I didn’t have to cut up and sear off small cubes of meat to make a beef ragu. It was easy to sear off and use and just fitted into my largest cast iron pot. I cut lots of slits into it so the wine and stock could get the flavour in. Made a delicious ragu etc and ended up in a pie. It goes a long way in a ragu.
