OUR STORY & GOAL

CHOP Online Meats was formed by award winning butcher James Smith aka "The Tattooed Butcher" & Charles Compston

The goal was simple when creating CHOP Online Meats.. create quality award winning products that can be shipped NZ wide!

We also wanted to be different to most online butchers by cutting all our meat fresh in house with our team of award-winning butchers. Everything is locally sourced & created in house.

Since launching the business late in 2022 the team have had great success with multiple ham, bacon & sausage awards and also won the 2023 NZ master butcher title scoring a perfect score.

Our goal over the next few years is to continue making quality made products using NZ beef, lamb, pork & chicken and turn CHOP Online Meats into a house hold name!
