Santoku chef knife

The final addition to the Victory Knives & The Tattooed Butcher range is this Full Tang Santoku Chef's Knife. This is the tool of choice when it comes to food preparation in the kitchen, used for all the tasks of slicing, dicing and getting the veggies & proteins to the plate.

The 4th and final knife to complete the Victory Knives & The Tattooed Butcher collaboration. Following on from the Cleaver, Full Tang Boning Knife and the Full Tang Butchers Steak Knife. Now the Full Tang Santoku Knife completes the farm to plate circle.

This knife is made from 2.2mm German stainless steel and treated with the tried and proven manufacturing techniques here at Victory Knives - heat treated to 54 HRC, hand polished and fitted with custom European composite scales. The full tang provides added weight and delivers a precision, hardworking, balanced, all round food preparation knife that weighs 210 grams.
