Can't answer that yet. It'll be hanging in the wine fridge for a month or so before I slice it up and eat. I'm making a coppa out of it

Beautiful cut of meat, very impressed, and it tasted so good. Packaging/ delivery was brilliant as well... arrived perfectly chilled!
