Highly recommend. Reverse seared using oven with steam assist, then smashed on BBQ grill around 350c. Came out medium/medium rare and the meat was deliciously tender and tasty. Next time I'll lower the steam over temp to 100c and 30mins to ensure medium rare.

Loved the flavour and wow the weight was just under 2kgs . Loved cooking it up till med rear and slicing it up for me and my wife. Will definitely buy that again. Everything we have brought so far is just so tasty and the delivery time is inreal
The weight in the title and description differ significantly.
I purchased based on the 1-1.2kg description.
All 3 came in at barely 900gms.
Great flavour though. Delicious steak. Just would have been better with the missing 200gms from each steak.
