NZ Grass-Fed Scotch Fillet Steak

honestly, I'm so bummed. I think you got the wrong sticker on? mine was like the hind of a bull. no fat , which is the best part and the grain was all wrong. I'm sure it was a mix up. I have had the pork butt bacon and biffed it because it was waaay to smokey for me. I didn't enjoy the chicken, or pork either?! I think it was the steak I cooked I could see injection holes so maybe you put flavor or moisture in. I've got the rib eye fillets out and hoping for a decent feed. but it's my whole budget Blown. I feel bad, don't publish this, but I won't be ordering again. good luck tho.
