NZ Whole Lamb Box – Approx. 16kg to 19kg (Pre-Cut Weight)

Looking to buy a whole lamb but don’t have the contacts? Our NZ Whole Lamb Box has you covered. We bring in fresh, premium New Zealand lamb and expertly cut it into three convenient options, then deliver it fresh and labelled straight to your door.

Choose from Four Cutting Options:

Option 1 – Roast & Chop:

• 2 x Whole lamb legs

• 2 x Lamb loins & 2 x Rib loins, cut into chops (approx. 5–7 packs)

• 1 x Lamb neck, cut into chops

• 2 x Lamb shoulders, cut into chops (approx. 5–7 packs)

• Lamb ribs (2 packs)

• Lamb fore shanks whole x 2

Option 2 – Gourmet Box:

• 2 x Half lamb legs

• 2 x Half butterfly lamb legs

• 2 x Lamb racks

• 2 x Lamb loins, cut into chops (approx. 2–3 packs)

• 1 x Boneless lamb shoulder roast

• 1 x Lamb shoulder butterflied

• 1 x Lamb neck, cut into chops

• Lamb ribs (2 packs)

• Lamb fore shanks whole x 2

Option 3 – Boneless Rolled Whole Lamb:

• A whole lamb boned and rolled into one large roast, perfect for spit roasts or catering events.

Option 4 – Half lamb:

• 2 x half legs (bone in)

• 3 x packs lamb loin chops (rib loin & mid loin)
• 1 x pack lamb ribs 
• 3 x packs lamb shoulder chops
• 1 x lamb foreshank (One shank) 
• 1 x pack lamb neck chops (Half neck)

Packaging Details:

• All chops packed in packs of 4

• Roasts and racks packed individually

• Lamb shanks packed in pairs excluding half lamb 

• Bones and off-cut pieces are disposed of unless you request otherwise—please note this down in the notes section in your cart. (Below the date selector)
