The Perfect Beef Cheek Recipe
Looking for the perfect Beef Cheek recipe? This slow-cooked dish delivers rich, tender, melt-in-your-mouth flavour that’s made to impress. Ideal for a cozy dinner or weekend comfort food, it serves 3–4 people and pairs beautifully with mash, or a crusty bread.

- 2 x Beef Cheeks (roughly 1kg)
- 800 mls beef stock
- 1 tsp onion powder
- Small handful fresh rosemary
- 2 x garlic cloves finely chopped
- Culleys charcoal rub
- Tin foil
Method
1. Trim all silver skin off your beef cheeks
2. Preheat oven to 150°c
3. Rub your beef cheeks in the Culleys charcoal rub until it is fully covered
4. Cook your beef cheeks in a dish for 1 ½ hours
5. Remove beef cheek from oven and mix your beef stock, onion powder, fresh rosemary & garlic together and pour into dish, cover your dish with tin foil and cook for a further 3 hours
6. Remove from oven and rest for 30 mins before removing tin foil
7. Slice and serve your amazingly tasty beef cheek
