Chimichurri

Packed with fresh herbs, garlic, and tangy goodness, this chimichurri sauce is made with simple ingredients and bursting with flavour. The perfect way to add that finishing touch to your Steak & impress your guests!

  •  1/3 cup chopped Italian Parsley
  • 1/3 cup Olive Oil
  • 3x Garlic Cloves, crushed
  • ½ tsp Kosher Salt
  • ½ tsp Cracked Pepper
  • 1 tsp Dried Oregano
  • 1 tsp Chili Flakes
  • 2 Tbsp Red Wine

Method


Combine all Chimichurri ingredients in a bowl, mix well and let this sit for a few hours before using.

This gets better the longer you chill it - so it's well worth making ahead if you have time!
