Beef brisket burnt ends with pineapple & BBQ sauce 

 

This one is a sweet & tasty way to make your beef brisket pieces taste amazing! Give it a try in your Smoker or oven today 

 

Recipe for 1kg of beef brisket burnt end pieces 

Sauce ingredients (Combine & heat on low for 5-10 mins while stirring)

*1/2 cup pineapple juice 

*2 cups BBQ sauce (your choice what brand)

*2 TBSP brown sugar 

*100g unsalted butter 

 

1-Season your brisket pieces with your favourite BBQ rub or salt & pepper 
2-Preheat your BBQ to 140 degrees Celsius with one piece of fruit wood (optional)
If using a conventional oven then heat on fan bake at the same temperature. 
3-Cook your beef brisket pieces for 45 minutes in an open tray 
4-Remove tray from BBQ/oven, add your BBQ sauce and wrap the tray with tinfoil before cooking for a further 3 hours at the same temperature
5-Remove and rest for 15 minutes before serving 
*cook for a further 3 hours then rest for 20 mins before serving
